With over 7 years’ experience in leading Turkish banks and 5 years’ experience in the firm, Serra particularly focuses on banking and finance, and capital markets and securities.
Serra advises domestic and international clients on custody and clearing arrangements and provides regular advice on financial regulatory matters including equity and debt capital markets transactions. She also specializes in credit and loan facilities, escrow arrangements, collateral management and other banking transactions and financial sector private M&A.
Serra is well experienced in the operations and products of global and domestic banks and her expertise is specialized in a wide range of structured financial instruments offered by banks.
