Eryürekli advised PAAMCO initially on the structure of its business model and following that, Eryürekli acted as a local counsel to PAAMCO for the incorporation of respectively a research company and then, a portfolio management company (PAAMCO PMC) and pursued the filing process before the Capital Markets Board of Turkey for the licensing of PAAMCO PMC.
