Kibele B.V., as a sole shareholder of Unico Sigorta A.Ş., issued an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) that entitles the senior employees of Unico Sigorta to acquire shares in Unico Sigorta and to receive a cash bonus.

Eryürekli advised Kibele B.V. on structuring the ESOP, provided regulatory advice on the same and particularly, drafted the Management Incentive Plan within the ESOP. Further, Eryürekli advised on the Employment Contracts of the senior employees to be in compliance with the ESOP.
